Assessment Information

1. Assessment appointments must be booked in advance.
2. Payment Confirmation: To confirm your reservation, the Admission Fee must be paid at the time of booking.
3. Reservation Changes: You may reschedule or receive a full refund
   if changes are made by the end of business hours the day before your appointment.
4. Reservation Cancellations: Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
5. Assessment After Consultation: If you wish to proceed with an assessment after your consultation,
   additional payment can be made, but same-day assessments are not available.
6. Campus Tour: Campus tours may be modified or cancelled dependingon the center’s operational needs
   on the day of your visit.

Refund Policy

1. The assessment fee will be refunded upon tuition settlement after completing enrollment.
2. Members who have made this reservation and payment may request cancellation and refund of the payment as follows.
3. For reservations where consultation has not been conducted, a refund may be requested within 7 days (including the payment date) after payment.
4. If the consultation is not conducted normally after payment due to the company's fault, a refund may be requested within 6 months after payment.
5. If the member is unable to participate in the consultation due to his/her own circumstances, a refund is not possible.

Form Submission Guidelines

1. Please enter a valid phone number to ensure you can receive notifications and calls regarding your reservation.
2. If you do not receive a confirmation message or call within one business day after completing
   the form and payment, please contact the Admissions Office.
3. For any form modifications or changes after submission, please contact the Admissions Office directly.
4. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
   We will not share or sell your data to any third party.
