The Company “collects, uses, and provides personal information based on the consent of users” and “actively guarantees users’ rights (right to self-determination of personal information).”
"Privacy Policy"
refers to the guidelines that the company must adhere to in order to protect users' valuable personal information and allow users to use the service with confidence. The company complies with the personal information protection regulations and guidelines of the Republic of Korea.

The company uses users' personal information within the scope notified in "2. Purpose of collection and use of personal information" and, in principle, does not use it beyond the scope or disclose users' personal information to external parties without the users' prior consent. However, the following cases are exceptions.

5. Retention and use period of personal information
After the purpose of collecting and using personal information has been achieved, the information will be destroyed without delay.
However, in cases where preservation is necessary in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws, the company will retain member information for a certain period of time as specified in relevant laws.

- Records of payment and supply of goods, etc.: 3 years (applies only to members who are the head of the academy/headquarters director)
- Records of visits: 3 months

6. Personal information destruction procedures and methods
The destruction procedures and methods are as follows:
- The information entered by users for purposes such as signing up for membership is transferred to a separate database (separate file cabinet in the case of paper) after the purpose is achieved and stored for a certain period of time (see retention and use period) according to internal policies and other relevant laws for information protection reasons, and then destroyed.
- This personal information will not be used for any other purpose than that for which it is held, except in cases required by law.
7. Rights of users and legal representatives and methods of exercising them
Users and their legal representatives may view or modify their own registered personal information or that of their children under the age of 14 at any time, and may also request cancellation of membership.
In order to view or edit the personal information of a user or a child under the age of 14, click on “Change Personal Information” (or “Edit Member Information”), and to cancel your membership (withdraw consent), click on “Cancel Membership” and go through the identity verification process to directly view, edit, or cancel your membership. Alternatively, you may contact the Personal Information Manager in writing, by phone, or by email, and we will take action without delay.
If a user requests correction of errors in personal information, the personal information in question will not be used or provided until the correction is complete. In addition, if incorrect personal information has already been provided to a third party, the results of the correction process will be notified to the third party without delay to ensure that the correction is made.
The company processes personal information that has been terminated or deleted at the request of the user or legal representative in accordance with the provisions of “5. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information” and processes it so that it cannot be viewed or used for any other purpose.
8. Rights of users and legal representatives and methods of exercising them
- 1) What are cookies?
- The company uses 'cookies' to store and periodically retrieve user information in order to provide personalized and customized services.
- Cookies are very small text files that the server used to operate the website sends to the user's browser and are stored on the user's computer's hard disk. When the user visits the website later, the website server reads the contents of the cookie stored on the user's hard disk and uses it to maintain the user's settings and provide customized services.

- Technical measures
- The password for the member ID is encrypted, stored and managed, and is known only to the member. Confirmation and change of personal information can only be done by the member who knows the password.
- Your personal information is protected by a password, and we recommend that you change your password periodically, approximately every six months.
- We provide links and downloads for anti-virus programs to prevent damage from computer viruses and malware.
- To prepare for external intrusions such as hacking, we are doing our best to ensure security by using intrusion prevention systems and vulnerability analysis systems for each server.
